On the 7th of July there was a horrible storm in a little village called Kerr Ardo in the Gambia. Kerr Ardo is located in the north from the Gambia River near the border to Senegal (Open Location Code 7C55HXH3+QX).
The Storm destroyed nearly the whole village, tore off roofs, ripped out trees and knocked walls over. 150 households are affected. 98 families became homeless and lost their livestock and food. Most of the disasters victims sought shelter in the “Arabic and Basic Cycle School”.

The affected families need help to keep their living expenses and rebuild the houses and village. We already got fist donations. Please help improve the situation in Kerr Ardo and show the people that they are not alone in situations like this.

We ask you for donations for the associations bank account DE48 1007 7777 0587 1215 00 at the Norisbank. If needed we write out a donation receipt. Over this link you can reach the spreadsheet for our donation call. We would be honoured if you share this call for help.
